LuxePineapple Post April 2016 Unboxing and Review

One of my favorite brands – LuxePineapple – came out with their very own monthly subscription service this month – LuxePineapple Post! I really adore LuxePineapple not only for their products but also for their great customer service and how caring they are so I was super excited to hear about this sub!

Before I get into the details of this subscription – I have to say I love that each package from LuxePineapple is hand tied with a bow – plus, they include a card with a positive quote which I really appreciate – I collect them all and have them hanging in my room!
LuxePineapple Post is a monthly beauty and lifestyle subscription service. Each box includes a variety of 4+ – you guessed it – beauty and lifestyle products! Something unique about this sub is that they have a heavy focus on small, independent brands – which is another reason I really adore LuxePineapple!
The cost is $24/month on a month to month basis or $16.67/month if you purchase a 6 or 12 month subscription. Shipping is free within the United States and if you are an international customer, I believe you can get a shipping estimate if you contact the LuxePineapple team via this form!
Each box is curated around a theme and this month’s is “The Classics” and every subscriber received six full sized products relating to this theme!
The back of the quote card has detailed information on the products included along with where you can purchase them.
Let’s take a closer look at each item!

These lipsticks are meant to create a shade based on your body chemistry and skin tone – which I think is super neat! Their website states these are meant to last 12 hours without smudging, feathering, bleeding, or fading and they’re also waterproof.
Here are super quick swatches of what the lipsticks look like on my wrist – their website does say to wait two minutes to see the best end result which I did not do when I took this photo (oops! #impatient). The one on the left is the green lipstick while the the next two shades are the split stick – orange in the middle and green on the right. They do feel super moisturizing on wrist and I did wash this off a couple of hours ago but they did leave a nice stain so the longevity seems promising!
According to the information card: “Demeter’s Jasmine is an exotic, sweet, warm  floral bouquet. It is the experience of the living flowers picked on a beautiful spring night”. I have never worn a jasmine scent before but I do like how this one smells, it’s not crazy strong, which I appreciate.
First of all, I love how sleek the packaging is! This mascara is protein rich and formulated with silk powder to build strong, flexible threads for long lush lashes. I already have over half a dozen mascaras open at the moment so I will probably take this with me when traveling!
These studs are super cute and simple – I know I’ll be wearing them often! I love the copper wire paired with the aqua stone.

This is a fragrance free and hydrating cleanser/toner for all skin types. It has a three in one effect to sooth, refresh, and moisturize and key ingredients include hyaluronic acid, rebalancing properties of sea algae, and distilled corn water which has decongestant properties that are helpful for swollen/tired eyes.
I rarely say this about subscription boxes but I am definitely going to use everything that was included in this box! I think this was well put together and I love that I discovered four new brands through this month’s box.
If LuxePineapple isn’t on your radar, I highly recommend checking them out if you’re interested in beauty and lifestyle products and love supporting and discovering independent companies! You can subscribe to LuxePineapple Post here!
